If you are late collecting your child

  • If you arrive after your child’s booked collection time, we will always ensure your child is cared for safely until you arrive.
  • To support safe staffing and fairness for all families, the following approach will be used:
    • First occasion: no charge (a friendly reminder will be given)
    • Second occasion: the Late Club fee (£4.50) will be charged
    • Further occasions or persistent lateness: late collection charges will continue to apply, and persistent lateness may result in a review of your child’s place, which could lead to the withdrawal of the space

Late or outstanding payments

  • Where payments are regularly late or remain unpaid, the club manager will discuss this with the parent or carer. If payments continue to be unpaid or late, the club may withdraw your child’s place.
  • If you are struggling to pay the fees, please speak to the manager as soon as possible.
